Job Description: SF ECP Functional Consultant


As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will be responsible for support, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our Payroll Teams.


Responsibilities:

  • with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
  • business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
  • closely with development teams to oversee the successful implementation of system designs.
  • guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  • and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Requirements:

  • + years of SAP HCM implementation, development, testing and support experience.
  • years of experience in SAP Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Time Management, Payroll implementation, ERP integration and support is a must.
  • knowledge of P2P integration (Point to Point) replication, Employee Central Payroll, Delustering etc.
  • in USA payroll, legal knowledge, Vacation premium, CFDI, Social Insurance and other legal reporting knowledge is a must.
  • experience to modify/create payroll and time PCR and scheme.
  • in the Unit testing, Regression Testing and Integration testing.
  • to resolve configuration and functional business issues in a hands-on manner.
  • ability to work in a team under specified deadlines. Ability to work remotely and collaborate with teams using online collaboration tools.
  • analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification is a must.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll Projects.
  • with other SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Time Of, Benefit, Recruitment, Onboarding) is advantageous.
  • with integration technologies like Web Services, IDocs, and APIs.
  • exposure to Agile development methodologies.
  • to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
