Night Shift Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Job Summary: The Night Shift HRBP is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support and guidance during the night hours to ensure the well-being, engagement, and productivity of employees. This role involves collaborating with various departments to address HR issues, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The Night Shift HRBP serves as a key point of contact for employees working during non-traditional hours and plays a crucial role in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Must have handled misconduct cases & experience in grievance handling. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues during the night shift. Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and provide appropriate recommendations. Mediate conflicts and facilitate communication between employees and management. Must have experience in misconduct management Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement night-shift specific policies. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process during night hours. Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance-related matters. Participate in performance improvement plans and terminations if necessary. Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support night shift hiring needs. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for night shift employees. Conduct orientation sessions for new night-shift hires. Training and Development: Identify night-shift training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team. Facilitate training sessions or workshops during night hours as needed. Support employee development initiatives during the night shift. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with questions related to benefits during the night shift. Collaborate with Benefits Administration to address night-shift specific benefits concerns. Participate in benefits enrollment activities during the night shift. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement during non-traditional hours. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the night-shift work experience. Organize events or activities to foster a positive work culture. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations during night hours. Prepare reports on HR metrics and activities during the night shift. Collaborate with the HR leadership team to address any compliance issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during non-traditional hours. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
