- Understand and high-level review of good development practices like - coding standards, code review, source control, build management etc.
- Experience in technical architecture, frameworks & solution design, debugging code/ fixing bugs, understanding the code, providing feedback and improvements, doing code reviews.

- Capacity to use SQL server with ease. Exposure to Redis / MongoDB/ PostgreSQL is desired.
- Should have worked with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure.
- A flair for creating well-presented software that is technically sound.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.
Good to have:
- Experience in AngularJS, or NODEJS, etc.
- Knowledge in designing and developing cloud solutions like AWS.
