Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer-Minimum 12+Yrs experience

Fujitsu Research India is looking for Full Stack Developer to produce secure, maintainable and scalable software solutions who is well versed with both frontend and backend technologies and frameworks, who brings a cloud first and DevSecOps approach, and is familiar with Agile methodologies.


Must be an experienced technical leader who enjoys product development/deployment and can help clients manage both the opportunities and challenges that accompany multi-vendor system integration in a fast paced environment.


Must have very strong analytical & programming skills using OOAD, Design patterns, UML modelling with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of diverse team engineers (employees, partners) and drive end-to-end feature development. Ensure collaboration and coordination across geo locations.
  • Requirement analysis, application development conforming to the design and unit testing.
  • Developing high performance, robust and scalable components for various software applications.
  • Communicate & review with stakeholders on Design approaches
  • Support customer integration activities, lab trials, and field trials
  • Work closely with Fujitsu’s development teams to provide seamless support to the customer
  • Should manage full SDLC in an offshore delivery model

Desired Skills:

  • Should have 12+ years relevant experience, preferably in telecommunication domain with Bachelor’s degree in CSE.
  • Experienced in Java Springboot based micro-services development.
  • Experienced in front-end (GUI) development using Angular , React JS , Redux / Context API , java script , CSS3 , boot strap , JSON, responsive design.
  • Hands on Experience in Development & Deployment of Services in Orchestrator environment like RKE2/K8S/OKD/OCP and using monitoring services as Prometheus, Grafana and logging services such as ELK.
  • Experience in MongoDB, Cassandra, HDFS, Spark, Kafka, Apache Nifi (highly preferred) .
  • Experience in integrating authentication/authorization systems like LDAP, Keycloak , ISTIO.
  • Experience working in the following interfaces: SNMP, TL1, Netconf, REST. Experience and exposure to Information/Data Models (SMI, Yang , TOSCA ) is a plus.
  • Experience designing application for Scale (overload).
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in Service Assurance Products and Telecommunications technologies (SONET, DWDM, OTN standards, IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), MPLS or Ethernet ) is a big plus
  • Active contributions to the open source community is a big plus.
