Job description :

Ensuring 100% HR compliances for entities where Tech M have its operations and implementation of relevant labour and employment law, notifications and amendments globally.

While Keeping the tab on the latest amendments, labour law and notifications issued by the Ministry of Labour from time to time, prepare Know Your Compliance for stakeholders.

Employment contract and deputation letter and other supplementary employment letters. Review and Vetting of the Service contract, MSA and any other HR related Agreements from the HR perspective.

Skills Required: Employment and Labour law and understanding of HR functions and processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review and vetting of Employment contract including but not limited to permanent, fixed terms, consultant, freelancer, internship, trainee, secondment, deputation, sub-con etc
  • Master service Agreements and client contract covering all HR statutory regulations
  • Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labour and employment law at an organizational level
  • Provide support to the relevant stakeholders about the relevant laws and clarification
  • Tracking of Global HR Compliance via internal tools.
  • Updating changes in Employment and labour laws globally.
  • Collaborative work with the legal team, Compensation and Benefits, RHR, external attorney and other stakeholders for HR Compliance

Qualification & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with 5+ experience
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly accurate.
