Job Overview:


The Sales Team lead role entails achieving key performance indicators encompassing calling, counseling, conversion, and effective team management. The position involves meeting enrolment/order intake objectives by overseeing a team of PAs and TLs and strategizing and implementing plans. Additionally, the role involves organizing events and seminars in educational institutions, facilitating the conversion of potential leads into registrations, and spearheading channel development for candidate sourcing. Regular system updates and daily reporting are also vital aspects of this role


Responsibilities and Duties:


1. Market Insight:

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the market and a proven aptitude in lead generation


2. Lead Conversion Management:

  • Conduct informative seminars in colleges and universities.
  • Foster strong relationships with educational institutions, including initiating agreements or MoUs for consistent campus drives.
  • Ensure each team member achieves a high conversion rate from leads to registrations.
  • Supervise, motivate, and enhance team productivity.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and devise corrective measures as necessary.


3. Channel Expansion:

  • Identify and select potential sourcing partners.
  • Cultivate a network of sourcing partners nationwide, particularly in high-demand regions.
  • Provide guidance and support to sourcing partners to amplify their contributions.


4. Strategic Planning & Performance:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans and oversee performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Strategically plan and forecast activities based on client demand.
  • Actively contribute to batch planning and facilitate timely batch launches by ensuring optimal batch readiness.


Experience and Education Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate, MBA
  • Minimum 6 Years of experience in educational Sales
