Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
We will count on you to:
We are looking for a candidate who would be providing secretarial assistance to the Managing Director based out of the Head Office in Gurgaon. The candidate would be responsible for:
· Responsible for performing numerous administrative duties such as managing calendar, travel bookings and data management
· Ability to follow timelines and willingness to work in alignment to work deadlines
· Will be an interface between different stakeholders (internal as well as external)
· Executive communications including email management and attending calls.
Making power point presentations and MIS reporting
What you need to have:
· Excellent Communication skills- both written and verbal
· Well versed with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), preparing reports/newsletters
· Organized, self-disciplined and pro-active
· Detail oriented
· Good interpersonal skills and articulate communication.
· Multi-tasking ability
· Internship/work experience with MNC or consultancy firms or any service industry would be preferred
· Ideally candidates with Full time education including graduation with first class and above marks
· Compensation offered : depending on profile and experience
· Person who is ambitious, career focused, willing to put hard work and long hours.
