Hello All,

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Director with a proven track record of success to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role serves as a critical member of the Global Sales team and is responsible for building an operations function that will support and accelerate the success of our growing sales and marketing teams. This role requires prior experience in setting up Sales Operation function within an organization and hiring and leading a team. This role will support the sales leadership by delivering valuable insights into sales performance and processes to improve sales productivity. The Sales Operations Director will work in collaboration and coordination with the sales teams they support, along with marketing teams, finance teams, and the larger Service Line & Delivery team. This position will be responsible for providing operational support for Enterprise-level sales teams across North America.

 Performance Management- Owns total performance against sales targets/client success measures for a single program across the different Sales teams ( CP & BD) and Business Units . . Run an effective governance and performance review structure to meet program targets, SLAs and KPIs.

 Client Engagement- Leads client relationship management, drives optimization of GTM strategy, calibrates goal achievement expectations, provides strategic leadership, and seeks to grow scope of engagement over time.

 Deliverables- Provides regular reports on achievement and ideas on optimization opportunities and is responsible for client invoicing.

 People Management- Ensures support structure and resources from other departments are in place to enable consistent goal achievement.

 Scope / Complexity- Analyzes problems and creates new solutions or adapts existing methods. Understands strategic direction.

Basic Qualifications

 Minimum of 8 years of sales leadership or operations manager experience

 Minimum of 2-4 years of operations management for a mid size IT Consulting organization

 Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or other sales/reporting tools

 Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with all MS Office tools and client presentations

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree & MBA preferred.

 Client relationship management skills

 Ability to make decisions using data with strong analytical and proven reporting skills; excellent problem-solving abilities

 Effective communication and presentation skills

 Extremely well organized

 Deadline and detail oriented

 A self-starter mentality that is ready to drive implementation of ideas and initiatives

What You'll Do

  • Create a customized Jade Sales playbook.
  • Drive the roadmap for improving operational processes and systems.
  • Support incentive compensation design & process, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Own our tech stack and reporting tools - data systems, excel models, data warehousing.
  • Support the weekly demand generation and sales forecasting processes.
  • Develop performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with sales leaders to drive and manage the business.
  • Provide proactive sales data analysis and recommendations to help sales leaders make informed strategic decisions.
  • Track Sales KPIs and challenge sales leadership and field executives to improve data hygiene by ensuring that necessary details are up to date in Salesforce.com.
  • Track partner performance in line with established business plans
  • Perform market analysis, end of quarter reports, QBR presentation decks, and CCO Keynotes
  • Assist with planning and logistics for global sales leadership meetings, including quarterly business reviews
  • Be the subject matter expert and proven leader on sales performance, processes & systems at Jade Global.
