The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for working with clients, services and client delivery teams for NetSPI Platform installation, configuration, customizations, troubleshooting and support.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with installing, configuring, and operating NetSPI Platform solutions
  • Provide recommendations on deployment, configuration, and use of NetSPI Platform in client environment
  • Conduct needs analysis with client to determine technical requirements and specifications of post-sales engagements in line with NetSPI best practices
  • Develop monitoring solutions for Linux systems
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Act as escalation point in Platform issues
  • Manage multiple concurrent issues
  • Document solutions in a knowledge base of know support issues or support solutions

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of strong exposure in Java, Spring boot and React JS
  • In-depth knowledge of networks, Linux/Unix and Windows administration, and system configuration
  • SQL knowledge including PostgreSQL databases
  • Scripting knowledge with Java/Ruby/Python
  • Knowledge in Cloud Computing
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Math or Science

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge with Java EE applications
  • Understanding of a helpdesk environment
  • Exposure to Information Security is a plus
