ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and letters, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports as requested by the CEO.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, clients, and stakeholders, effectively communicating priorities and relaying messages.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items as needed.


PRE-REQUISITES


  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications,

or a related field preferred.

  • Proven 7 to 12 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
