Digital Marketing Lead (Account Based Marketing & Email Marketing)

Key responsibilities - 

  • Develop and execute Account Based Marketing strategies tailored to target key accounts and personas, utilizing a mix of digital channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create compelling email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop personalized and relevant content assets for ABM and email marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to build, deploy, and optimize campaigns, as well as track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales initiatives and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, particularly in ABM and email marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Account Based Marketing and Email Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
