Work Week: 6 days/week (Mon-Sat)

Stipend: 7500/Month


Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Interns to join our team at our new Offline Undergraduate Centers. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales within the education sector. As a Sales Intern, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, tasked with driving enrollment and promoting Unacademy’s unique offerings to prospective students and their guardians through various sales strategies including inside sales, cold calls, email outreach campaigns, and online video calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement direct sales strategies to recruit prospective students to enroll in Unacademy’s courses.
  • Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential leads to introduce them to Unacademy’s offerings.
  • Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into enrolled students.
  • Use online video calls to engage with clients, providing detailed information about courses, benefits, and enrollment processes.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting open house sessions, seminars, and other events aimed at increasing Unacademy’s visibility and appeal.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage new campaigns for maximizing reach and impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within a specified territory, using a CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software, including CRM systems and communication platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
