Role Description

This is a full-time on-site admin role in Hyderabad. The Admin will perform administrative assistance, provide excellent customer service, assist with finance matters, and use analytical skills to support the organization's smooth operation. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, managing office supplies and inventory, answering phone calls and emails, managing finances, and conducting research. Also, this person is responsible for Vedic 's digital persona engagement, such as LinkedIn, SEO optimisation, Instagram, etc.


Note: This is not a typical HR role as this role needs to take care of complete front office management, digital marketing tasks, and helping the founding director with day-to-day tasks.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical skills, ability to analyze data and draw insights
  • Administrative assistance experience, proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Digital Marketing Basics
  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Finance knowledge and experience in maintaining financial records and reports
  • Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
  • Dedication to confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask


Salary


INR 20K/Month shall be revised once every six months. Incentives apply to new batch lead conversions.
