Director of Product Management

Position Title: Director of Product Management Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Director of Product Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both banking and hospitality industries, with proven expertise in product management. As the Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers, drive product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of products. Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on business impact and resource constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success. Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate and improve product features and functionality. Serve as a subject matter expert on banking and hospitality industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including experience working in or with hotels, resorts, or related businesses. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus.
