You'll inspect, test, and analyse products to spot any issues. Attention to detail and good communication skills are important.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>1.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures<BR>2.Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to identify and address quality issues<BR>3.Analyse data and identify trends to continuously improve quality control processes<BR>4.Prepare and maintain quality control documentation<BR>5.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>1.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science)<BR>2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management<BR>3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<BR>4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<BR>5.Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies<BR>6.Auto CAD is a MUST<BR>7.Should be from Furniture Industry<BR><BR>KPI:<BR>1.Defect Rate<BR>2.Quality Audit Compliance<BR>3.Supplier Quality<BR>4.On-time Delivery<BR>5.Cost of Quality<BR>6.Process Improvement<BR>7.Training Effectiveness<BR>8.Quality Control Cycle Time<BR><BR>Location: IMT Manesar<BR>Share your CV at:
