We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting talented individuals to join our institute. This role requires a combination of recruiting expertise, interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding the best talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and campus recruitment events.


Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.


Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, both in-person and virtual. Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and techniques.


Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, provide timely updates, and address any concerns or questions.


Employer Branding: Promote our institute as an employer of choice. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, and industry professionals to enhance our employer brand.


Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.


  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on legal requirements and industry best practices.
