-Conduct infrastructure checks in school computer labs before the commencement of the program

-Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

-Share daily visit reports.

-Coordinate with the IT and customer support teams to address issues reported by clients and users.

-Implement equipment and server installations and troubleshoot issues.

-Monitor and guide students during Mindspark sessions in schools.

-Respond to network connectivity issues and resolve any wireless communication issues within the confines of the school lab.

-Conduct in-person student and test orientations.

-Conduct in-person and online tests for CARES, AD, and ASSET.

-Scan OMR sheets and generate reports for CARES.

-Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure that the network stays operational.


Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Hardware & Networking

-Previous experience of 1 - 2 years as a Computer Technician

-Complete understanding of LAN/WAN networks and other relevant technologies

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

-Ability to offer high levels of customer service

-Awareness of different technical jargons

-Spoken English is a must

-Will to travel, as the job will require to travel.
