Position Title: Senior Executive/ Executive Human Resource

JOB PURPOSE:

The Executive HR position in Aurolab plays a crucial role in driving organizational success by effectively managing the company's most valuable asset—its human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Training and Development

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Support employee development programs, such as mentorship programs and leadership development initiatives.

Employee Benefits Administration

  • employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of employee benefits programs..

Employee Engagement and Culture

  • initiatives to promote employee engagement, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys.

HR Projects and Initiatives

  • in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, improving employee experience, and supporting organizational growth.

Continuous Improvement

Position Requirements:


Educational Qualifications: MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management


Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience in Manufacturing industries
