Position Title: Senior Executive/ Executive Human Resource

JOB PURPOSE:
The Executive HR position in Aurolab plays a crucial role in driving organizational success by effectively managing the company's most valuable asset—its human capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
Performance Management
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
Training and Development
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Support employee development programs, such as mentorship programs and leadership development initiatives.
Employee Benefits Administration
- employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Employee Engagement and Culture

Position Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management
Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience in Manufacturing industries
