Business Process Engineer

Experience required – 6 to 12 years Location – Hyderabad, Chennai Shift Timings – General Shift/ Should be flexible for 3 pm to 12 am Role Summary: The Business Process Engineer works with business stakeholders, IT teams and various members of leadership across our businesses to map process areas of highest impact and greatest need. Essential Responsibilities: process mapping and document current and future state business processes. to define a problem, evaluate its requirements, and map processes or systems. to analyze and challenge current processes, identify gaps and areas of improvement and document current and future state processes and procedures. stakeholder management skill set experience using process mapping and project management tools analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities understanding of technology and technical concepts to communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines - in person, by video, over the telephone, and email with high attention to detail. organizational skills, with an attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Required degree in information technology, Engineering or related technical field experience years process improvement and/or business experience around process management and demonstrated use of statistics, LEAN Six Sigma, data analysis, and process engineering methodologies (SIPOC, VOC, Process Mapping, Kaizen, Process Requirements) gathering detailed requirements of user needs, business impacts, and system functionality that are actionable, definable, relevant, measurable, and testable. working in an Agile environment. in MS Office applications (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
