Pre-Sales Executive


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers over the phone, generate positive prospects, and convert them into satisfied clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of introducing our products/services and establishing interest.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to prospects.
  • Build Rapport: Develop and maintain rapport with prospects to build trust and credibility, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Follow-up: Initiate follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and contribute to overall team success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and personal performance through ongoing training and development.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Pre-Sales or direct sales, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
