CTC: 4-6 LPA Responsibilities: Ø  Drive business growth and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective strategies. Ø Presenting and selling of products/services using well-mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers. Ø  Upselling, Cross Selling to potential customers. Ø  Proven experience in in-store sales, exhibition management, and sales techniques. Ø Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Ø Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Ø Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups. Ø Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand Ø Identify and establish new business opportunities through in-store sales, exhibition management, and other channels awareness and generate leads. Ø Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Ø Demonstrated expertise in team management and driving sales performance. Ø  Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
