Collaborate with functions, functional solution leads, and strategic solution build teams to deploy scalable AI/ML-infused applications. Choose appropriate algorithms based on the problem nature, data structure, and desired outcomes. Train ML models using historical data and assess their performance against predefined metrics. Continuously optimize and fine-tune models for improved accuracy and efficiency. Experience: Proficiency in Automation Tools and Frameworks Strong programming, testing, and QA skills Experience in Data Analytics Technical knowledge of data environments, transformation, models, and queries Experience in partnering across different regions and functions Familiarity with working in diverse cultural settings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data, Finance, or a relevant field. Strong communication and diplomacy skills. Strong analytical decision-making and direction-setting abilities. Ability to manage ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable information.
