SEO Manager As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize our online presence, increase visibility, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, SMO, SMM strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and optimize website content accordingly. Manage on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing (SEM) to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand messaging. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) across various platforms, including Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Conduct regular audits of website content, structure, and performance to identify and address optimization opportunities. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management on SEO/SEM performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with web developers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices and ensure website optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferable. Proven experience of 5 years in SEO, SEM, SMM and digital marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies. Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads or other advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
