Looking for Presales Lead.

Mandatory experience

  • Experience in Managing BPS/BPO Opportunities, GCC set up/Outsourcing opportunities.
  • Experience in responding to Financial & accounting (F&A) Operations covering– Accounts payable, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Order management, General accounting, T&E etc.
  • Experience in multiple pricing models including transaction/unit based or outcome based pricing.
  • Experience in managing GCC/BOT set up/Outsourcing operations.
  • Experience in proposing automation levers across the Middle office/ back office operations.

Experience

  • 7+ years of Experience in Presale/Business Solution in business Operations world
  • Experience in responding to RFI’s/RFP’s/POCs & market research.
  • Good presentation skills and Ability to create quality content, write crisp & high-quality proposal.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.

Role –

Presales Lead

Responsible for managing the RFP’s and closing all types of deals. Responsibilities includes end to end ownership of the proposal solution, bid management, commercial models, Bid defense, Proactive pitches, market research and analysis.

  • Own bid responses end to end for customer RFXs.
  • Create Deal Summary and Win Strategy with inputs from Practice/Sales team
  • On-Time reporting of bid status and escalations during the bid cycle
  • Initiate necessary reviews & approvals with the leadership before bid submission.
  • Good understanding of deal commercials and pricing models
  • Work with legal teams/finance team for necessary approvals
  • Preparing capability decks for customer presentations.
