Work From office; Monday to Friday US Shift; 5:00 PM to 2:00AM Own transportation (No office transportation) Office Location: Mind Space, Hitech City

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling. Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
  2. Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Smartbots.ai products/services.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
  4. Sales Cycles: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  5. Sales Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
