Web and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Web and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Web and Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in developing visually appealing and technically sound designs that effectively communicate our clients' brands across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure that all visual content aligns with the clients' objectives and enhances their digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Visual Design Creation: Craft innovative design solutions for websites, social media, online advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Graphic Design: Produce compelling graphics, icons, infographics, and layouts that engage users and improve user experiences.
• Brand Identity Development: Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand image and identity across all client materials.
• Website Design and Management: Design functional and aesthetically pleasing website interfaces while ensuring they are optimized for responsiveness and user experience.
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to capture their vision and requirements, ensuring designs meet their business and branding needs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create prototypes and wireframes for digital products to ensure clear communication of design ideas and functionality.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise and enhance designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Technology Upkeep: Stay updated with the latest design software and technologies to maintain high standards of design innovation and efficiency.
• Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure all designs adhere to legal standards and are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and graphic design.
• Expertise in Design Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Understanding of Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Creativity and Innovation: Exceptional creative ability to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual designs.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a capability for project multitasking.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
