We're looking for an energetic and skilled Business Development Manager/Inside Sales Specialist to help our team find new clients and sell our SAP Application Services . This person will look for new business opportunities, find potential clients, and build good relationships with them. They will focus on selling our services to top executives and IT leaders in different industries across the US. This job is perfect for someone who is really good at explaining complex technical stuff in a way that shows how it can help a business.


WE'RE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO POSSESSES EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT SALES OF IT SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES, SPECIFICALLY WITHIN A HUNTING ROLE , IN THE U.S. MARKET.


Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Targeting Accounts : Develop strategies to identify and target potential customers in small to large enterprises across various industries.

Sales and Customer Engagement : Engage with C-Level and IT Leadership to understand their needs and present tailored SAP solutions.

Solution Expertise : Provide expertise in SAP services, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support.

Demonstrations and Presentations : Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration with Technical Teams : Work closely with technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer requirements.

Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis to stay updated with trends and competitor strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the SAP ecosystem.

Strong understanding of SAP products and services, including:

  • SAP S/4 HANA, Grow with SAP, BTP Services,
  • Rise with SAP (Private edition) – Greenfield implementation
  • BPC – Business Planning & Consolidation, CFIN, Group Reporting
  • PaPM – Profitability and Performance management
  • SAC – SAP Analytical Cloud (Analytics & Planning tool)
  • IBP- Integrated Business Planning
  • ECC to S/4 HANA Migration (Rise with SAP) – All scenarios
  • SAP Business One
  • SAP Implementation services, SAP Support Services, SAP Business Advisory services, SAP Migration/Upgrade services, SAP BTP Services, SAP IT Staffing Services


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical details for a non-technical audience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
