Job Title: IT Solution Architect (Engineering)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Solution Architect to join our presales team. Must have technology background preferably Microsoft and Azure stack. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our engineering proposals by collaborating with technical architects across various domains, including Digital, Data, and Infrastructure. This individual should possess a strong ability to conceptualize, design, and articulate technical solutions, as well as lead the integration of these solutions into cohesive proposals. Overall technology experience of 10 to 12 years of which at least 3-5 years in presales architecting solutions for engineering, consulting and support proposals.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for leading technical solution conversations with customers, architects across domains
Suggest technology options for the solutions being proposed with clear articulation of the technology limitations and its advantages.
Collaborate with technical architects across Digital, Data, and Infrastructure and other domains to understand project requirements and constraints.
Lead the development of comprehensive engineering proposals by synthesizing inputs from various technical teams.
Architect end-to-end solutions that meet project objectives, align with business goals, and adhere to industry best practices.
Conduct technical reviews and evaluations to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and cost-effective.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to project teams on solution architecture principles, patterns, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to ensure alignment and coherence in proposed solutions.
Develop reusables and maintain documentation, including solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
Present proposals and technical solutions to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and project teams, in a clear and compelling manner.
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on engineering proposals and solution design for at least 5 years.
Strong expertise in Digital, Data, and Infrastructure architectures, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, microservices, APIs, and data integration techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in architecting solutions using industry-standard frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Agile).
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Relevant certifications in infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
