Role- L2 PAM ( Privileged access management) Support Engineer

Location - Pune, Bangalore , Hyderabad


Experience - 4 -6yrs


Responsibility -

  • Monitoring of the environment, Monitoring & reviewing SLAs
  • Handle Incident and service request ticket.
  • Patch management of Centrify
  • Agent monitoring for PAM agent deployed at target servers
  • Password disclosure/type-in.
  • Perform analysis on the incidents escalated from L1 team Troubleshooting and resolving any incident or service request.
