Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer at ConnectWise. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end web applications and software solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and debug software functionality. This role will be based out of Pune

Work Type: Hybrid Twice a week from Pune Hinjewadi office is mandatory.


Experience: 5 Years to 8 Years in .net development

Required Skill

• Programming languages: o ASP.net, .NET core, C#, JavaScript, SQL, MVC, Web API, o Experience with Intellij / Eclipse, Visual Studio and Git Source Control o Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript Experience with React

• Strong computer skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skill.

• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to develop professional

• Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization

• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

• Problem solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines.

• Ability to work under general supervision

• Ability to understand complex algorithm


Roles & Responsibility

• 5+ years of Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming

applications.

• Coding and debugging software's.

• Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software

• Meet with stakeholders to define project scope.

• Oversee projects completely, from requirements document to delivery. This includes o Reviewing user stories Creating acceptance criteria o Coordinating with project manager to maintain project visibility and completion estimates Managing change control.

• Fix customer issues at code level and release to product

• Support, and/or installs software applications

• Diagnoses issues in software applications and environments

• Interacts with colleagues and/or partners through a variety of mediums to provide support and understand needs

• Document partner interaction, troubleshooting, and results in a clear and concise man

• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
