Please find below job description for the same; Location: SB Road, Pune Vacancies: 03 Experience: 0–2 Years Gender Preference: Female Responsibilities: 1.Guest Interactions: - Greet and assist walk-in guests, providing information about accommodation options, rates, and services. - Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a customer-focused approach. 2.Booking Management: - Handle the end-to-end booking process, from inquiries to confirming bookings. - Ensure accurate data entry for all bookings and maintain up-to-date booking records. 3.Payment Collection: - Handle financial transactions, including processing guest payments and managing cash flow responsibly. 4.Data Management: - Maintain accurate and organized guest records, including bookings, occupancy rates, food, and other services. 5.Check-In/Check-Out: - Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression. 6.Sales and Upselling: - Actively promote special offers, packages, and additional amenities to maximize revenue with customers. - Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. 7.Property Ownership: - Take ownership of the property's overall guest experience and satisfaction. - Proactively address and resolve any operational issues to maintain a seamless guest experience. 8.Collaboration: - Work closely with the operations team to ensure coordination between sales and day-to-day property management. - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations. 9.Vendor Payments and Bill Submission: - Handle vendor payments efficiently and submit bills promptly. - Ensure accurate records and timely processing of vendor-related transactions. Qualifications: - Hospitality degree preferred or any graduate. - Proven experience in both sales and operational roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with reservation systems and basic financial transactions. - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
