Overview:
Join our fast-growing organization as a Ecommerce Marketing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profit growth. This position requires a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) with a proven track record in ecommerce working with top brands (FMCG), ready to make an immediate impact.
• Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales targets with E-Commerce portals, creating a 360-degree marketing plan for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Big Basket.
- Research market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze Sales figures, making improvements to increase revenue.
- Ensure a complete product assortment, comprehensive product content, improved organic search ranking, and performance benchmarking for the Ecommerce channel.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives for increased profitability.
- Manage the user experience of the website including navigation, content, creative, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with Brand partners to ensure a demonstrable ROI.
• Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in any industry(Added advantage if FMCG).
- Ecommerce expertise on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Big Basket, and other Marketplace and Long-tail channels is a MUST.
- Ownership of Business P&L.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to experiment and continuously improve.
- Adaptability to business needs and performance accordingly
