Job Title : Demand Generation Specialist Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Demand Generation Specialist at Intangles will play a pivotal role within the marketing department, focused on creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads and build a sales pipeline. This role requires advanced skills in data mining, proficiency with email marketing and automation, and the ability to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and other relevant tools for targeted outreach. Key Responsibilities: Use data mining tools to extract and analyze customer data to target the right audience. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using various email marketing tools. Efficiently use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential clients and support lead generation efforts. Implement account-based marketing strategies to personalize outreach to high-value prospects. Collaborate with external email marketing agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends in demand generation and marketing technologies. Qualifications: Proven 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a similar marketing role. Strong proficiency with email marketing tools and data mining techniques. Experienced in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social selling tools effectively. Experience designing and implementing successful email marketing and account-based marketing campaigns. Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to improve campaign performance. Strong project management skills and ability to work with external agencies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
