In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients. To train the internal staff of ECPs.

Focus on PAL growth on a daily basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Specializes in training and enhancing product knowledge of general trade with major focus on Visionaries.
  • Conducting troubleshooting visits to execute lens adaptations.
  • Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good understanding of business operations management.
  • Commitment and Vision to take the brands upwards.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Sales and Revenue Orientation.
  • Analytical skills and data crunching.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Product.



Qualifications

  • B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Optom
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Should have prior experience with optical industry
