Principal – Data Architect Location – Pune/Bangalore/Delhi/Ranchi( Hybrid) Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Data Architect who possesses a minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in data engineering and architecture. The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions, leading delivery teams, and driving strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: Data Architecture and Solution Design: Lead the design and development of innovative data architecture solutions to address complex business challenges. Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance data platforms leveraging both traditional and emerging technologies. Analyze client requirements, conduct deep-dive investigations, and propose customized data solutions tailored to their needs. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Groom and mentor a team of data engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact client presentations and demonstrations. Proactive Leadership and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Lead the ideation and development of Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions, proofs of concept (POCs), and prototype implementations. Drive thought leadership initiatives, representing the organization in conferences, forums, and industry events. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, architecture, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading delivery teams and driving strategic initiatives. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex data architecture solutions for enterprise clients, demonstrating deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in writing POVs, white papers, and presentation decks, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience leading large teams of 50+ resources, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and performance management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
