While working to drive alignment and belief with the organization’s vision and strategy, the team also helps build engagement, promotes career advancement among employees, and empowers people and teams to manage critical change through efficient and engaging communication.The Communications Manager will drive the strategic direction and execution of communication efforts within Genpact’s Digital Operations function. This pivotal role will oversee org-wide communication initiatives tied to the Office of the Global Operating Officer while reporting to the global Internal Communications lead. The work will pertain to central directives and internal communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering employee engagement and awareness for all Digital Operations employees, as well as liaising across the business units/industry verticals if/when they request templatized support.Responsibilities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within digital operations to develop and implement communication campaigns that promote awareness of key programs and initiatives tied to overall organizational and marketing goals.• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across digital operations, staying informed about upcoming initiatives and changes to enhance employee engagement and facilitate behavioral shifts. • Drive comprehensive communication campaigns tailored to meet the needs of diverse employee personas and business units within digital operations, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.• Work closely with business unit leaders to gather information and craft compelling articles, messages, and newsletters to effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects. • Plan, write, and edit content for various internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, email campaigns, SMS, and digital displays, ensuring dissemination of news, achievements, and organizational information.• Manage the leadership town hall calendar and support teams through coordinating planning, execution, and communication efforts for virtual or in-person senior leadership events as required.• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging communication materials, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.• Utilize analytics and stakeholder feedback to refine communication strategies and tactics, optimizing reach, adoption, and engagement metrics.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, navigating diverse organizational structures, and fostering productive relationships.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in hosting/moderating townhalls and crafting engaging content for various channels.• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a knack for sourcing stories from stakeholders and subject matter experts.Creative mindset with an eye for design, capable of creating visually appealing communication assets.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills• Solid understanding of Genpact's core business and the digital operations landscape.• Proficiency in MS Office applications and communication/collaboration platforms such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Poppulo, and Zoom.• Previous experience in internal communications within a large organization, journalism, media, or marketing roles preferred.• The track record of managing complex projects, such as rebranding or mergers and acquisitions, is advantageous.
