Job Description: Lead/Senior Network Engineer Location: Gurgaon Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years Responsibility: To Manage Key AGC Data/Networking Customers Installation Testing & Commissioning of Juniper/Cisco/HP-Aruba/Extreme Networks Switching, Routing, Wireless & Security Products To troubleshoot issues of Data/Networking and provide RCA To Mentor Team To handle OEM Escalation Managing Vendor & third Party Contractors Project Management Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations Mandatory Skills: To Manage Large Enterprise, Manufacturing & Banking Customers with Multi-Location Branch Office Setup. Mandatory Technical: Master in Juniper Switching, Routing & Firewall Troubleshooting Complex networking issues Certifications JNCIP-SP or JNCIE-SP and JNCIP-SEC or JNCIE-SEC In-depth Knowledge of Switching & Routing Protocols o OSPF, ISIS, IGRP, EIGRP, and BGP o QoS, MPLS & VPN o Stacking/Virtual Chassis Additional Technical skills: Certification of Cisco Switching , Routing & Security Data centre Switching- QFX PaloAlto, Cisco ASA, Fortigate and Sophos Firewalls Understanding of MS-Visio & MS-Project Soft Skills: Ownership & commitment Excellent Communication Skill Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations Documentation & Presentation skills o MS-Power Point o MS-Vision Technical Documentations Skills o Site Inspection Reports o Incident & RCA Reports o Network Diagrams o Scope of Work Document o SAT/UAT Documentation o Project Diagrams & documentations This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and energetic ICT sales professionals with a global market leader; remuneration will be based on skills and relevant experience.
