Network Coordinator - Affiliate Marketing

Position Summary

The primary focus of the Network Coordinator will to be to assist with management of the Network project base and partnership pool. This role will learn the HasOffers (TUNE) platform and work closely with the Innovate Supply Team and Sales Team to deliver projects and drive top level customer satisfaction. The position will require a strong delivery focus with an eye towards accuracy and managing evolving project needs, along with supporting both sales and supply initiatives.


This position entails working in night shifts during US Business Hours .


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


Tasks:

  • Developing and executing the company’s affiliate marketing strategy
  • Monitoring and tracking sales and revenue on a regular basis.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
  • Managing business negotiations with customers
  • Handling business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
  • Learn both 3rd party and proprietary tracking tools.
  • Cost confirmation and invoicing.
  • Analysis & reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively troubleshooting issues and identifying and implementing realistic and cost effect solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationship with Operations and Vendors during the entire project process, reporting regularly on campaign status.
  • Run complex jobs for both major and high-growth potential clients.
  • Support existing and new Vendor relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, profitable and mutually beneficial.
  • Utilize online tools to research and prospect new potential affiliate partners.
  • Stay carefully organized with many internal and external conversations.
  • Closely monitor supplier quality.


Skillset:

  • Up to 2 years of demonstrated quantitative marketing research and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented, flexible, and resourceful.
  • Must adhere to the highest level of customer satisfaction standards in the industry.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to thrive in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment.
  • A degree in marketing research or equivalent technical knowledge preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors is preferable.
  • Adept at using technological resources including Excel and an aptitude to use web-based survey tools.
