Responsibilities: Lead and define the strategic direction for our global offshore delivery model within the manufacturing / Transportation vertical, aligning with the broader company vision and objectives. Oversee the quality of our client relationships in the manufacturing sector. This includes ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, meeting or exceeding SLAs and driving expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Encourage and facilitate a culture of innovation within the team. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and digital solutions that can enhance our value proposition for clients. collaboration with various teams across different regions. Promote a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and shared goals, ensuring our offshore and onshore teams work together seamlessly. Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing global delivery team. Ensure ongoing professional development and talent management initiatives are in place to maintain a motivated, skilled workforce. Support sales and pre-sales teams in the acquisition of new clients. This may include participating in client presentations, contract negotiations and the formulation of business proposals Desired Profile: Prior experience of being in a vertical head or practice/department head or leading large multi-client IT services delivery with geographically distributed, multi-cultural teams. Expertise in Manufacturing / Transportation experience is preferred 20+ years of overall experience across Tier 1 IT services or Global consulting firms. P&L management experience of 150 M USD with a span of at least 1500 global team size. Strong track record of having driven innovation / transformation engagements
