eQ’s Product Development team is a group of highly accomplished and passionate yet friendly members who are responsible for the development of feature-rich and scalable enterprise products and solutions in accordance with the customer’s requirements and organizational quality norms. We are expanding the existing Machine Learning capacity in Pune (India) by onboarding passionate and like-minded Data Scientist - ML/NLP/GenerativeAI into our product development team. Since eQ caters to exclusive clients worldwide, the new member would need to have excellent communication skills and a zest to adapt to new technologies.
Our machine learning team members are responsible to:
• Develop and enhance end-to-end DS/ML platform for model building, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support continuous improvements and automations in ML modeling and data analysis techniques. Research and implement or extend algorithms and libraries as required.
• Design deploy and scale machine learning and data pipelines.
• Leverage the latest trends, innovations, and product offerings to map business problems to high-impact solutions leveraging off data and insights.
• Design data processing approaches, machine learning models, and experiments at scale. Work with cross-functional teams and dive deep into practically challenging data science problems, enabling ML/AI-driven automation, insights, and user experiences
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, DL, and Generative AI, including LLMs, GPTs, GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and other related techniques. Conduct research to identify and develop novel generative models and algorithms
• Contribute to the adoption of the latest advancements in NLP, Generative AI, and DL. Ensure that the POCs/Pipelines based on these trends are delivered and tangible success metrics applied.
• Contribute to augment ML-Literacy across organization in terms of the best practices, and use-cases, developing tangible practices to measure success and practicalities of solutions.
Your key success factors:
• 2+ years of experience in designing and implementing generative models using deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Demonstrated expertise in working with GPTs, GANs, VAEs, or other generative AI techniques. Experience with large-scale dataset handling and training deep neural networks is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in Python, SQL etc. Experience with cloud computing platforms and GPU acceleration is a plus
• 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience. Understanding of mathematical and statistical skills, including linear algebra and probability theory.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in AI/ML. Ability to analyze and interpret experimental results.
• Academic background: BE /B.Tech. /ME /M.Tech. /MCA /MCS
