About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer Lead who will spearhead our efforts in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking

Key Skil ls

• Python Proficiency: Demonstrable experience with Pandas and NumPy, showcasing ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Advanced SQL: Expertise in complex SQL queries for in-depth data analysis.
• Machine Learning: In-depth understanding of ML algorithms and metrics, with hands-on experience in Gen AI technologies such as GANs, OpenAI, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, and Langchain
• Implementation Experience: At least one substantial project involving Gen AI technologies, preferably with a tangible business impact.
• NLP & Computer Vision: Solid experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, spaCy, BERT, NLTK, Stanford NLP, scikit-learn, OpenCV, CNN, RNN.MLOps & CICD: Strong concepts in integrating ML models into production environment.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Good understanding across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms, with emphasis on ML APIs.
• Data Security & Governance: Knowledge of data protection and regulatory compliance in the AI/ML .

Responsibilit ies:

• Solution Architecture: Act as a consultant for end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data handling to technology infrastructure
• Project Leadership: Guide teams through the AI/ML lifecycle, emphasizing practical application and operational excellence.
• Model Development & Optimization: Create and refine models to align with business objectives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Management: Lead efforts in data exploration, cleaning, acquisition, and preprocessing.
• Innovation: Extend ML libraries and frameworks, filling gaps to meet project needs.
• Technical Design & Integration: Oversee the creation and maintenance of APIs, models, and integration pipelines.
• Data Warehousing: Utilize knowledge of data warehousing techniques to enhance model performance and insights.

Communication & Consulting: Employ strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, providing expert advice and soluti ons.
