Integrated Service Excellence, India Hub supports Global Automotive Business Unit as active drivers of functional operations of Customer Service, Analytics Supply Chain Management and Sales & Product Management. Design dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise and intelligent format. Strategic Analysis- Responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data through repositories, tools and services. Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other form for use in management decision-making. Business intelligence: Responsible for configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Advanced Excel, data warehouse concepts and other BI tools (Business Objects, Tableau, etc.) Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to discern business requirements and pinpoint opportunities using advanced analytics.
