Responsibilities:

● Be a product expert, assisting new and existing professionals with any queries ● Responding to emails from professionals and resolving their queries in a timely manner. ● Replying to emails using the Zendesk ticketing system ● Ability to handle unresolved questions of customers ● To ensure satisfactory resolution of various issues ● Ensuring high service delivery & customer satisfaction levels

Good To Have:

● Strong in spoken & written English, with clear and concise communication skills ● Problem-solving ability to answer queries efficiently ● Good to speak any other regional language - Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi. ● Good knowledge about using a laptop/computer with above-average typing skills. ● Exceptional attention to detail
