Product Documentation Specialist

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product help guides and documentation • Create engaging and informative product help videos and onboarding guides • Design and develop product training content tailored to different user segments • Conduct product training sessions for various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. • Collaborate with product teams to understand features and updates for accurate documentation • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation and training materials • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product changes and industry standards • Manage the documentation repository, ensuring easy accessibility and organization of materials • Work closely with the customer support team to identify common user challenges and address them in documentation and training • Measure the effectiveness of documentation and training materials through user engagement metrics and feedback. location : Bangalore Work Experience : 5 to 7yrs Required Skills: • Proficiency in creating and editing videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar. • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearly and concisely. • Experience in designing and developing training materials and educational content • Knowledge of documentation management systems and content management tools • Ability to analyze user engagement data to inform content improvements Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Passion for teaching and empowering others with knowledge Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Technical Writing, or a related field • Relevant experience in product documentation, training, or a related role for 4 years
