The consultant must have experience of at least one HCM Cloud project as a functional expert, having previously worked with the Core HR, Absence and HR Helpdesk modules. Experience of other Oracle HCM products (in particular, E-Business Suite) would be advantageous. You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised. Responsibilities: Provide day to day application support for a variety of clients. Provide training and coaching for other colleagues Assist in pre-sales activities via demos Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, configuration options and roadmaps Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding "leading practices" and the functionality of the software modules through as part of an ongoing Managed Service Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player Qualifications Essential: In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Minimum 3 – 4 years' experience of Oracle HCM Cloud Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability Must be willing to work North American business hours (7 PM to 4 AM) shift pattern Desirable: Experience of working with North American implementations Knowledge of other HCM Cloud modules (Talent, Absence, Payroll, OTL, HR Helpdesk) E-Business Suite HRMS knowledge ITIL process knowledge Wider experience of HR processes from a business context Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage Additional Information Why Version 1?
