Job Summary:


As an Associate Product Manager at Daalchini Technologies, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the backend operational processes of our vending machines. This entry-level role is geared towards individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to dive into product management and operations. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


-Operational Excellence: Assist in managing inventory, and supply chain logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.

-Data-Driven Insights: Support the analysis of operational data to identify improvement areas, optimize processes, and forecast inventory needs.

-Innovation and Technology: Work alongside the tech team to implement new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency and product offerings.

-Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams to align backend operations with broader company objectives and customer needs.

-Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects focused on operational enhancements and efficiency gains.

-Feedback Integration: Help incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback into operational strategies to improve product service and satisfaction.

-Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor developments to ensure our operations remain competitive.


Qualifications:


-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

-0-2 years of experience in a role related to operations, product management, or a similar area. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

-Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

-A quick learner with a keen interest in technology and innovation within the vending machine sector.

-Effective communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team.

-Enthusiasm for tackling challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Skills Required:


Data Analysis: SQL, Python, Data Visualization

UI and UX Design Principles

Proficiency in Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)

Familiarity with Product Management Software (e.g., JIRA, Clickup)
