Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist


Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, strategize on talent sourcing and acquisition, and ensure we attract and retain top talent for the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and Business Head to understand staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. Additionally, you will manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, guiding them in achieving recruitment goals and driving results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with respective departments to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions using diverse recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods such as social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and drive team performance.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Lead or participate in special projects related to talent acquisition as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, channels, and tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
