Responsibilities: • Providing hands-on expertise in Value Chain Planning domain IT solutions & best practices to guide the choice of IT solutions and process performance. • Extrapolate business requirements (new / Change / root cause fix) into end-to- end system capability needs. • Ensure the solutions proposed are aligned to the Value Chain Planning domain, IT strategy and roadmap. • Responsible for Oracle Value Chain suite modules support in a 24 X 5 environment on a rotational basis with on call support for P1 & P2 incidents and outages during weekends / holidays. • Collaborate closely with other domain consultants to ensure cross process, systems, data, and integration impact assessment and solutioning. • Ensure solution design documentation and governance. • Responsible for all project activities related to Oracle Value Chain Planning and Integrations with various systems. • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and be a preparer for SOX controls, provide supporting evidence, and review SOX controls with reviewers. • Ensure solution development quality and deployment test criteria agreed with customer stakeholders. • Work, liaise with customer stakeholders to drive adoption and solution performance measures. • Work with system technical developer (inhouse/ external) resources in projects to ensure solution build. • Serve as a point of escalation for any project issues, identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and timely communicate the project status to stakeholders. • Single point of contact (SPOC) for escalated system issues and the impact of containment fixes and permanent resolution. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration. • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Value Chain Planning Suite. • Experience in developing process flows, architecture diagrams and data modeling. • Extensive experience in end-to-end “Inquiry-to-Order,” “Available to Promise” and “Forecast to Build” business flows is a must. • Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Global Order Promising (GOP), Available to Promise (ATP), Collaborative Planning (CP), Inventory Optimization (IO) and Manufacturing / Production Scheduling modules. • Hands on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, postproduction support and documentation. • Hands on experience in end-to-end implementations and Global rollouts for repute MNC’s. • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Experience with supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit and GDPR requirements. • Hands on experience in Oracle Value Chain Planning Suite with primary focus on ASCP and GOP. • Exposure to Oracle 12.2.X OSFM, BOM (Bill of materials), WIP (work in progress), Quality & Costing modules is preferred. Fair understanding on Kinaxis Planning application is a definite plus. • Minimum three E2E system implementations, rollouts & Upgrades. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build productive cross-departmental relationships.
