R Software Solutions, Inc is looking for a Junior Recruiter - Cloud Technologies for USA clients. Job Title: US IT Recruiter (3 to 4 Years Exp) Location: Hyderabad (In-Person) Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to work on IT roles. This recruiter will manage & conduct recruitment strategies within our Solutions and Technology group. The recruiter will develop a close partnership with business leadership to ensure recruitment is consistent with the business goals. Providing full life cycle recruitment support including sourcing, screening, extending and negotiating offers are all key components of the role. Should be able to network proactively & extensively in the marketplace to expand and identify the best talent for the roles. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment. This is a in-person role. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for Cloud technology positions. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their technical skills and experience align with the requirements of the Cloud technology roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and conducting reference checks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs in the Cloud technology domain. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Cloud technologies to effectively evaluate candidates' technical proficiency. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Requirements: Bachelor's degree must in Computer science or CSC AI technologies or CSC with any other Specialization. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment, with a focus on Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for Cloud technology roles. In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc., and related technologies. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
