Information Technology Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager-(IT Services). As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales process of our bouquet of product and services, will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the niche market, while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and building follow-up communication in order to move opportunities through the sale funnel.
• and analyse sale pipelines and reports to ensure sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
• with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored value propositions and sales collateral that resonate with clients' needs and challenges.
• product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• the unique challenges and needs of the industry and tailor our solutions to meet those needs
• objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance of sales team to ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

Job Requirements:

• 6-8 years’ experience in sales and business development within the IT services industry.
• Must have 5 years of experience in US market.
• Prior experience with Generative AI, Data, and cloud engineering solutions or services will be preferred.
